Returns Policy

Our returns are defined in two parts.
Section one -The ilove2fidget online store - Section two - Non NZ print products.

Section one -The ilove2fidget online store
The ilove2fidget online store has a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at ilove2fidget@outlook.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address:

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note that if your country of residence is not New Zealand, shipping your goods may take longer than expected.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right.
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 3 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 3 days for any reason and without justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

For returns of goods purchased and the claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product is received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no more than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. 
With that said, you will notice upon receipt of your goods it shows our fulfilment groups details and points you clearly to their sites for a more comprehensive view of their respective return policies, Now, if something does go wrong with the product, you’ve received, or maybe for some unknown reason, not received it, or its damaged, both printing groups are easy to deal with.
But they need to be legit reasons.

The reasons I mention now DO NOT QUALIFY FOR A REFUND.
Also note all unclaimed returns get donated to charity after 30 days.
Address Not Included - If our printed address isn't used as the return address, you would become liable for any returned shipments you receive.
Wrong Address - If you the end customer provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.
Unclaimed - Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to yourself the end customer.
Returned by you the Customer – Everything has to be tracked and traced, with that said, contact ilove2fidget before returning any products. We do not refund orders for buyer’s remorse, and size exchanges are to be offered only at your expense and our discretion. A new offset order, would be at your expense, plus you would need to place an updated size choice if you choose
For your reference if you do need to return a product?
Look for the return information included within your order from either of the two printing groups we use, once you identify that group, contact them directly, because they are the printers and the product is shipped direct to you via them.
As a rule our printing groups are quick re-pliers, they will let you know what the next steps are. As they say and we agree, they / us - never want to leave you unhappy with your order, so don’t hesitate to tell them / us what the problem was. We all appreciate your feedback, as it helps us to improve our service for everyone

Optional
Contact us at ilove2fidget to let us know something is amiss and tell us about the problem too; Just so you know; You do not need to, nor are you obligated too contact us if you choose not to, I just like to know if something is wrong and what steps we may need to take to correct it, so it cannot happen again.

Sub Notes
Any claims for misprinted / damaged / defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our printers’ part are covered at our printers’ expense, all refunds need photo factual evidence prior to claim acceptance.
( B ) Non Printed Items - Our policy lasts only up until your purchase has been through our checkout system. Past that generally speaking it is seen either instantly or as some banks do it can take between 1 to 3 days for us to see your funds start to clear into our accounts systems. Now we see your funds clearing and being printed and shipped from abroad to you. We have to pay for the goods now, so yes refunds from us are short time frames, please choose carefully, both take a max of 48 hours upon us paying for the goods to be fulfilled, so time is short, If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and include photos.

A couple of types of goods are exempt from being returned.
* Gift cards
* Downloadable software products
* Some health and personal care items
* Worn attire items
* altered attire

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please note sometimes your purchase does go back to the manufacturer, but that will be easily seen on the package when it arrives.
There are certain situations where
partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)
* Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
* Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery and not reported within 7 days of you receiving it.
Refunds (if applicable) - Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable) - If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable) - We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at ilove2fidget@outlook.com or IM us via our chatbot. Then if requested send your item's to. 5b Manley Grove, Tauranga. 3112, New Zealand - OR - the address stated on the package slip, if in doubt just ask, we are here to help. Gifts (if applicable)
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
Shipping (if applicable)
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
