At present we ship here to New Zealand and now Australia and further abroad, all ship free unless otherwise stated.

Our rates for other markets are being updated daily.

All products are sent to you from both in and out of New Zealand.

Note most of our suppliers do ship world wide, so ask if your country is not listed.

If you Fidget With It; Levitate It, or our fulfilment group Printed It, most of those catalogued products ship free unless otherwise stated; 

Some printed Physical Goods regardless of destination can be sent to you, we need to do a manual order, there are extra transit costs which are charged, these costs average 15.00 to 45.00 NZD per item extra, per order. Customwear, what can I say. It costs.

All digital Downloads are free of transit costs unless you reside in those GDPR countries All gift cards are free of transit costs unless again you reside in those GDPR countries
Please note once you start to go through our checkout system, it will show you your calculated costs per order as soon as you enter your address.

If in doubt, stop and ask for help.

Dependent on the product we may be able to barter a better price, just ask if for some reason your country is not listed and you are persistent on wanting a specific item. Reach out.

Order Processing
Please allow 48 hours to process your order. Expect an email within that same timeframe to let you know your order is on the way!

Orders can be picked only once confirmed times are prearranged to tie in together, from 10am too 6pm. A phone call will occur plus a email will be sent prior to when your order is ready for pickup.

Shipping
Local Delivery
During checkout, enter your address and choose the ship option. Click the "continue to shipping" button. Local delivery is available for addresses within approximately 25kms of our shop. If the local delivery option does not show up during checkout, your order is not eligible for local delivery.
All local delivery orders placed before 7am will during store hours be processed and delivered between 9am too 6pm the same day. Orders placed outside of these hours will be delivered the next working day , note, when your order is ready for delivery, you will receive an email with tracking information.

Flat Rate Shipping
Orders are generally shipped within 2 to 4 days using general means of transport with a delivery standard 0f 7 to 10 days. Even though we operate abroad, at present we personally do not ship outside of New Zealand, our suppliers do, we do not, although that is apt to change.

Domestic Rates and Shipping Charges
For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. For simple flat rate shipping: We offer 0 flat rate shipping to Australia and here to New Zealand.

International Shipping
International shipping to the following zone being Oceana" ships free.

For all other zones, calculated shipping rates an if for the unusual reason shipping charges for your order are needed, they will be calculated and displayed at checkout, also note. A shorter delivery timeline is expected within Australia for the specific goods offered within there channel, of course viewable in your countries product catalogue.

Orders outside of Australia and New Zealand may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. ilove2fidget limited is not responsible for these charges if they are applied at your border, that transit cost is passed to you and is your responsibility as the customer to pay it, or forfeit your order.

That is way outside of our control, we will assist as best we can, although we are not customs, so help is limited.

Refunds-Returns and Exchanges
We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at ilove2fidget@outlook.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
